• KYC Verification: You will need to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) checks through Gnosis Pay's service providers (currently SumSub or Fractal ID) to meet regulatory requirements
• Biometric Data: Photo verification may be required for identity verification purposes
• Card Manufacturing and Shipping: Your contact information will be shared with card manufacturing and shipping providers
• Transaction Processing: Card transaction data will be processed through Gnosis Pay's regulated partners
• Compliance: Your data will be used to comply with anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and other regulatory requirements
